We live in Seattle and the fall drive along the south side of the Columbia River on Highway 30 or along 101 is a beautiful way to enjoy the changing of the seasons.Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy November is a great time for us to visit Seaside as the crowds are down and beach is less busy. Enjoy the ocean at your doorstep and panoramic views of the majestic Pacific and Tillamook Head. Try the Doogers burger! Also try the Pig n Pancakes for a hearty breakfast. Normally I have some back problems sleeping on a strange bed, but not here. After walks on the beach and along the Prom, we slept soundly in the very comfortable beds. Our room and the building were very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed using the pool, hot tub, and sauna. They also have a library with dvd’s, books, and games along with a nice sitting area for family sitting. This hotel is 5 minutes drive from East End Beach and is 7 minutes drive from Willard Beach. Some fantastic amenities include 2 bars, a spa, and a spa tub. All day long you can sit and watch the endless parade of waves coming in, glorious sunsets weather permitting, or any advancing storms. Portland Regency Hotel & Spa is located in Portland, and offers an oceanfront locale when youre ready to book your next trip. You could not be closer to the beach unless you are out on the sand. The Seashore Inn is well named because it’s right on the Promenade near the Lewis and Clark turnaround. We recently stayed for our second time at the Seashore Inn on the Beach.
